On our health and wealth retreat we explore the diet of the mind and its thinking. The mind is everything, what you think is what you become!

To be able to prevent dementia and slow the loss of brain function that tends to happen with age, consume leafy greens, nuts, beans, berries, vegetables, whole grains, fish, and poultry, along with daily exercise. 

When you incorporate these elements into your daily diet, you really can improve your memory and cognitive function at any age.

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices towards a healthy and fulfilling life. It is more than being free from illness.

What is wellness and wellbeing?

In short, health is a state of being, whereas wellness is the state of living a healthy lifestyle. Health refers to physical, mental, and social wellbeing; wellness aims to enhance wellbeing.

Wellbeing and wellness are not the same things. In other words, who you are as a person and your perception of how your life is going is your wellbeing. The actions you take toward a healthy lifestyle direct your wellness.
